Overview:
Join Upstate Energy as a Service Scheduler and Customer Support Representative. You'll manage service schedules, coordinate with technicians, handle customer orders and inquiries, source parts, and support overall service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Scheduling:

Schedule and coordinate service and installation jobs.

Update and maintain the service calendar.

Communicate job details to technicians and track job progress.
Customer Support:

Be the first point of contact for service, installation, and fuel orders.

Handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer concerns.
Parts Sourcing:

Source, order, and track parts for jobs.

Coordinate with vendors and maintain inventory records.
Administrative Support:

Update customer and service details in the CRM.

Generate reports on service metrics and inventory.
Team Collaboration:

Communicate with technicians, delivery drivers, and office staff to streamline operations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).

Experience in scheduling, customer service, or parts sourcing.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
